Galacticat Crochet Pattern!

Image
Sorry, this isn't free. It took me like 50 hours and a ton of trial and error to get the head to work right in the helmet. You can snag it from Ko-Fi or Ravelry . If you want to pay more to support starving corporate overlords, you can also buy it from Etsy if you really want to. I strongly encourage you to buy my patterns through Ko-Fi or Ravelry and then physical items through Etsy. If you want me to make you a Galacticat, please bear in mind that they take about 10 hours. This is an entire workday at a "normal" job and then a little extra, so you will be paying me for my time. It won't be $20. I'm sorry to be salty, but people have been acting insane. Actually, I'm not sorry. I'm tired of people being insane. This isn't something I can whip up in an afternoon.  Anywho, here's the rundown: This floppy cat doll is based on the Galacticat plush seen in Starfield . It’s a MODERATELY difficult pattern with some ADVANCED assembly on account of t...

Skeletor Cat Plushie Pillow FREE Crochet Pattern

UPDATE 2/12/23: I only made one of these fellas, but I'm sure the pattern holds up fine. I added a note about working BLO because I always forget to mention it. Most crocheters can recognize it, but noobs might be confused about the different texture!   This cute and menacing Skeletor cat fella is about 14" from ears to the curve in the tail. It's easy but a lot of parts. I think he'd be even cuter scaled down a bit and maybe add some little feets. This was made for a commission based on a random Instagram post of a Skeletor cat that was not crochet. I couldn't find hide nor hair about the original online, so if anyone knows the origin, let me know so I can provide links, etc.   I worked in back loops only. I do this for no real reason other than I like the texture. You don't have to. Totally optional. What You Need size F crochet hook yarn needle worsted weight yarn in purple, bright blue, yellow, and black What You Do Belly With blue R...

UPDATE 2/8/23: I corrected some weird formatting! Also, if you make these, do not sell them unless you're doing it privately. Not because I care, but because Fox will send you a cease and desist order immediately. I know from experience. I'm so proud of getting cease and desists from so many huge companies when I'm selling something for $20 that takes hours to make. Incredible! As promised. Here's Kuchi Kopi! When finished he's about 6" tall. My gauge was about 5sts/in and 4 rows/in. If you want to make him bigger or smaller I recommend using a different sized hook. What You Need: size F hook yarn needle stitch marker worsted or aran yarn (I used Caron Simply Soft in pistachio, white, black and turquoise) some sorta stuffing What You Need To Know How To Do (+ Abbreviations): ch: chain sc: single crochet st/sts: stitch/stitches rnd/rnds: round/rounds sewing to attach parts NOW BEGIN! Crochet Plushies. More Plushies. Then Some More Plushies.

UPDATE 2/8/23: I still like making plushies. I love getting requests for plushies. I love when people want creative plushies! I really like making plushies, especially if I get to make a whole lot of different plushies in all different styles, etc., which I've been doing. I really like figuring out how to create different shapes with the skills at my disposal! I've been trying to make more crochet plushies over the last few months when I have some spare time, so that you internet people can see that I also make plushies in addition to hundreds of hats. A few people have shown some interest and this is super cool. *Hint Hint* I can and will happily make you a custom plushie in exchange for money. ;) Extra Special One-of-a-Kind Stuff First, there was this camel. I may or may not have made a blog post about him. I'm far too lazy to look at it's almost 2am. Who doesn't love a crochet camel though? I didn't pattern this camel because sometimes (a lot of the t...
