A second pattern update this week! Look at me go! The Hot Beverage Beanie is an old oooooold olde pattern from back when I first started knitting, so it was LONG overdue for an update, unlike the possum hat.
UPDATE 2/8/23: Formatting got weird when I change my blog theme and I have now fixed it! UPDATED: 10/3/22, for clarity! You can now get a printable PDF version of this as a PAY WHAT YOU WANT pattern on my Ko-Fi here . The finished Fox is about 23" from nose to tail. My gauge was approx. 4 sts/inch and 4 rows/inch and I chose to stuff the body and tail rather loosely, legs a bit more firm, but it's up to you. I like a floppy Fox. In The Little Prince (the Netflix movie version), Plushy Fox has orange ears with white inside and the black just around the edge. I chose to make my original Foxes (pictured to the right) with just black ears for silly aesthetic reasons, but you can easily sub in your orange for the backs of your Fox's ears. The new Fox I made had movie-accurate ears (below). If you're not a crafty-type person, you stumbled across this pattern, and you want a Fox, don't hesitate to message me via Facebook . I'm pretty friendly and
UPDATE 9/21/23: Bethesda rolled out an inferior Wilby pattern the other day, if you didn't know. If you'd like to compare it to my version, which is larger (I was shooting for accurate game size) then you can get that pattern here . I have been playing a great deal of Starfield. I am constantly encumbered by toys and potted plants. It's fine. Give me some pew-pew weapons, a spaceship, and let me collect cute plushies and plants for hours on end, which I'm piling in the middle of The Frontier because my cargo hold and captain's storage are full. Everything is full. Piles are the answer. Also, organs. Oh, my God. My dilemma with how to offload organs. Not the instrument, my dudes, I'm talking internal ones, which I steal. Anywho! Free pattern! Because I am nice and also Bethesda loves the copyright police when fans of their games want to make a few dollarbucks. It is what it is. Just like my in-game hoarding. You can though get a pay-what-you-want PDF version fr
This is mostly a joke pattern…or is it??? I whipped it up pretty quick because I thought it was funny, so if you want to expand upon or improve the pattern then by all means do so! Then share it with me because it will make me lol. You can tag my Facebook page or Instagram @michiarr ! I love seeing stuff people make with my dumb patterns! IMPORTANT: This cup will not keep your drinks hot nor cold. In fact, I strongly suggest that you do not put any liquids in this tumbler. The straw doesn’t work, and the lid doesn’t even come off. I mean, you could make the lid so it does come off if you want to, but still don’t put any liquids in this, please.
