WIP Wednesday! Bags! Bags! Bags!

Image
Commissions will be closed at the end of this month, probably through all of February so I can concentrate on updating old patterns, and also old blog posts here. AND ALSO get started making pattern and tutorial videos! I'll be revamping my YouTube, which I will not link you to just yet. Patience, my dudes! While you wait, check out my patterns on Ravelry . I'll actually be MAKING the things from my patterns because that's the best way to test them, so they'll be available for purchase once they're done. If there's something from one of my patterns that you like a lot then keep an eye out! As far as the rest of this month goes, I'm trying to jam out a few new items for a small shop update on February 1st - they're all bags! So many bags! I'm trying to see what designs I vibe with. Take a look around my Etsy shop to see what's available currently! I'm NOT going to do any Valentine's Day items this year! I hope that doesn't disappoint ...

Pay What You Want Patterns on Ko-Fi!

Image
UPDATE 2/12/23: I've actually decided that I AM going to start updating this blog again. I'm going to do some cross-posting with my Ko-fi. This is all very boring information, so I'll stop talking about it now! I've set up a whole page of my pay-what-you-way patterns that are only on Ko-Fi. My other patterns are all there too! If you buy from my Ko-Fi it's going to be cheaper than my Etsy patterns on account of the absolutely BATSHIT fees that Etsy keeps railing sellers with. If you want physical items then Etsy is still the place for that. You can also see my commission status there. If you're interested in a commission, I also recommend you DM me on Facebook . Facebook is also going to be where I post current updates and projects and new stuff. It's been a very long while since I made a blog post here! I've actually been focusing more on my Ko-fi page and hope to post even more content there in the future. This blog is going to remain here, of cours...

Very Hungry Caterpillar FREE Crochet Plushie Pattern

Image
UPDATE 2/12/23: I'm going to add a PDF version of this pattern to my Ko-Fi soon! Make sure you're following me on Facebook for updates!   I thought I had already posted this pattern seeing as I made it YEARS AGO but I guess I didn't. Here it is! Enjoy this Very Hungry Caterpillar plushie! It's very easy, but a lot of parts. You can customize your caterpillar how you want with different greens and arrange the segments differently. Please link on back to this pattern, my Facebook page , and/or my Etsy shop ! Skeletor Cat Plushie Pillow FREE Crochet Pattern

Image
UPDATE 2/12/23: I only made one of these fellas, but I'm sure the pattern holds up fine. I added a note about working BLO because I always forget to mention it. Most crocheters can recognize it, but noobs might be confused about the different texture!   This cute and menacing Skeletor cat fella is about 14" from ears to the curve in the tail. It's easy but a lot of parts. I think he'd be even cuter scaled down a bit and maybe add some little feets. This was made for a commission based on a random Instagram post of a Skeletor cat that was not crochet. I couldn't find hide nor hair about the original online, so if anyone knows the origin, let me know so I can provide links, etc.   I worked in back loops only. I do this for no real reason other than I like the texture. You don't have to. Totally optional. What You Need size F crochet hook yarn needle worsted weight yarn in purple, bright blue, yellow, and black What You Do Belly With blue R...

FREE Crochet Pattern - Baby Yoda (The Child) from The Mandalorian

Image
UPDATE 2/12/23: Cleaned up the pattern a little for readability and added a note about how I weirdly work BLO for no logical reason.  There are a million Baby Yoda patterns floating around and now there are a million and one because I wanted to make a bigger version in a simplified, derpy style. I figure this might also be up someone else's alley and hot damn it's the holidays so, of course, it's free (also the Mouse Detective is the most aggressive of the copyright police...I know from experience. lolz). Enjoy! Feel free to modify this pattern as you see fit, but link back here to share the joy and, you know, give me a little credit.  Mine turned out about 8" tall and 13" across at the widest point AKA the ears. I used Caron Simply Soft except for the light brown which is Radheart Supa Sava! Super Saver is a little thicker than Simply Soft and you want the collar and the cuffs to be a little chunkier. Heck, you can use the same color brown if you want. I us...

Titty Frog FREE Crochet Pattern...NSFW????

Image
UPDATE 2/12/23: I recently made one of these so I know the pattern still holds! If you'd like to commission one of these, then please check out my commission status on Etsy but then I'd greatly prefer if you contact me on Facebook and we NOT do the sale through Etsy. Why? Why, you ask? Because if we do this on Etsy I am going to end up charging ~$25 more to compensate for the absolutely insane fee hikes.  IS THIS NSFW??? I DON'T KNOW. It might be? Proceed with caution?! Anywho...I've done it. By popular demand (AKA that poll I posted on my Facebook months ago), I reverse-engineered the crochet pattern for the world-famous, super-seductive Titty Frog. If you're somehow unfamiliar with Titty Frog, please see the legendary image below. To the original creator of Titty Frog: I hope you don't mind that I want to share the joy of Titty Frog with the world. I also want to shake your hand. You are my hero. To the owners of Titty Frog: Thank you for te...

Oswald the Octopus FREE Crochet Pattern

Image
UPDATE 2/12/23: Just made some little changes to the format to make it more readable! It's been a while, kids. Here's a pretty easy and free pattern to make Oswald the Octopus! I may also make Weenie here soon-ish if anyone is interested. I used an F hook and worsted weight yarn to make a handful-sized Oswald. Use whatever hook and yarn you'd like. I also worked in black loops only! It's a weird preference and is not at all necessary for this pattern unless you want the same texture. Body With blue, ch 2; Rnd 1: work 7 sc into 2 nd ch from hook (7); Rnd 2: inc in each st around (14); Rnd 3: * sc, inc, repeat from * around (21); Rnd 4: * 2 sc, inc, repeat from * around (28); Rnd 5: * 3 sc, inc, repeat from * around (35); Place your stitch marker now, if you haven’t already. Unless you want to live on the edge. Rnd 6: * 4 sc, inc, repeat from * around (42); Rnd 7: * 5 sc, inc, repeat from * around (49); Rnd 8: sc around (49); Rnd 9: * 6 sc, inc, repea...
