Mood Blanket Challenge 2015: I Just Want This To Be Over

UPDATE 2/6/23: Adding cat pictures really enhanced these posts. I still don't see the wool square...if you're keeping up with that saga for some reason. Somehow. Why. Etsy.

I only made three squares. It was all I needed to make in order to finish the current row. This doesn't matter because I'm still many squares ahead. After I finish one more row I believe this blanket will be of ample size and I can end this madness. I'm going to do a round or two of sc in black to tie this mighty crapghan together.

The cats really like it. Cats really like crochet. I have one of those Sunny Seat cat window bed suction cup things and after the immense amount of hatred I have for granny squares subsides, I think I'll make a granny square cover for it.

UPDATE 2/8/23: Formatting got weird when I change my blog theme and I have now fixed it!     UPDATED: 10/3/22, for clarity!   You can now get a printable PDF version of this as a PAY WHAT YOU WANT pattern on my Ko-Fi here .     The finished Fox is about 23" from nose to tail. My gauge was approx. 4 sts/inch and 4 rows/inch and I chose to stuff the body and tail rather loosely, legs a bit more firm, but it's up to you. I like a floppy Fox. In The Little Prince (the Netflix movie version), Plushy Fox has orange ears with white inside and the black just around the edge. I chose to make my original Foxes (pictured to the right) with just black ears for silly aesthetic reasons, but you can easily sub in your orange for the backs of your Fox's ears. Enjoy this Very Hungry Caterpillar plushie! It's very easy, but a lot of parts. You can customize your caterpillar how you want with different greens and arrange the segments differently.
